Housing

Housing through the Festival for Summer 2024 will be at The Institut François Marty.  

Each room is like a studio apartment, with a fridge and a two-burner stove. Singles have an ensuite bathroom. Doubles have two separate bedrooms and shared ensuite bathrooms.

The Marty is five-minute walk from town and a ten-minute walk from the theater and music school. Ensemble music and initial staging rehearsals for The Magic Flute will also take place in the Institut Marty. 

The cost is $1,250 USD per person for five weeks.

One bedroom units:

One-bedroom units include:

• Single bed

• Wardrobe

• Kitchenette (sink, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave)

• En-suite private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet)

Two-bedroom units include:

• Two private bedrooms, each containing:

  • Single bed

  • Wardrobe

  • Kitchenette (sink, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave)

• Shared bathroom (sink, shower, toilet)

Linens Provided:

All residents will be supplied with:

• a top and bottom sheet

• a cylindrical pillow and slip

• a coverlet

• a large and a small towel

We will have these washed every Monday.
